At-Risk/Endangered Juvenile: 16-year-old Sierra N. Quattlebaum

Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies are requesting the public’s help locating an At-Risk/Endangered Juvenile: 16-year-old Sierra N. Quattlebaum.     

From information confirmed through medical professionals, Sierra N. Quattlebaum needs potentially life-saving treatment, and her whereabouts are unknown.  

Sierra N. Quattlebaum was last seen with a family member on May 12, 2025, at approximately 11:30 pm, in downtown Spokane, near W. 4th Avenue and S. Wall Street. Her mother reported Sierra missing on May 13, 2025, at approximately 7:30 pm.

Deputies checked Sierra’s residence in the 1100 block of S. Burns Road in Spokane Valley and talked with her family members and known friends, but she was not located.  

It is unknown if Sierra is still in Spokane County or if she left the area with someone’s assistance.

Sierra N. Quattlebaum is described as a 16-year-old Indigenous female, approximately 5’02”, 110 lbs, with hazel eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black zip-up hoodie and black jogging pants. She reportedly has the word “Queen” tattooed on her left hand and “Up” on her right leg.
