On July 22, 2025, Spokane County Sheriff John Nowels swore in two Entry-Level Deputies at the Public Safety Building.  Please help us welcome Deputy Gergely “Gary” Kossuth, Deputy Hayden Stueckle, and their families to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputy Hayden Stueckle (23) was born in Ellensburg but raised in Nile Mile Falls, Washington, where he graduated from Lakeside High School in 2021.  He continued his education, earning a BA in Accounting from Eastern Washington University in 2024.  Previously, he worked for the Washington State Gambling Commission.

Please join us in welcoming them and their families to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.
