STARR, Stripes programs reward Guardians, Airmen referrals

Two programs, Stellar Talent Acquisition Recruiting Referral and Stripes for Referrals, aim to incentivize all Guardians and Airmen to inspire the next generation to serve in the Space Force and Air Force.
