U.S. Africa Command Gets New Leader

U.S. Africa Command held a change of command ceremony at Kelley Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany, as Marine Corps Gen. Michael E. Langley formally transferred command to Air Force Gen. Dagvin R.M. Anderson.
