Announcement: National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, April 26, 2025
On April 26, 2025, Walmart and Sam’s Club are partnering with the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office/Spokane Valley Police Department and other Law Enforcement across the country to participate in the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.
The goal of National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is to provide local communities with a safe, convenient, and responsible way of disposing of expired, unused, and unwanted medication while also educating the public about the dangers of medication abuse. Walmart is committed to taking part in the collective effort to prevent medication misuse and opioid addiction, as well as drug-related violence.
